Retay Arms LTD SI announced that the company would now offer the Masai Mara shotgun to customers in the United States of America.

The Masai Mara is a semi-automatic shotgun that uses the company’s Inertia Plus Locking System for operation. According to Retay Arms, the system is extremely reliable and very quiet when loading a round.

One of the features of the Masai Mara shotgun that Retay Arms touts is the removable trigger system. The company states that this is milled from a single block of aluminum for durability. It quickly pushes out of the gun for cleaning and requires no tools for disassembly.

There are more than a dozen different configurations of this shotgun. All of the guns have a 3″ 12 gauge chamber and soft recoil pad. Barrel lengths range from 24″ – 30″, and the barrels are all vented. Truglo fiber optic front sights are standard on these scatterguns.

Walnut stocks are available with an oiled, varnish or high gloss varnish finish. Synthetic stocks can be had with a Realtree Evo or Max-5 camo finish. The receivers can have a variety of Cerakote finishes applied.

Retay Arms uses a bore drilling process called Marabored that is supposed to provide very even patterns. Each gun ships with five chokes for adjusting the patterns. In addition to the chokes, a choke wrench, gun oil, snap cap, sling swivels and a lockable, hard-sided case are included with the Masai Mara shotgun.
