Windham Weaponry’s Bushmaster Pistol

    Windham Weaponry 450 Bushmaster

Windham Weaponry recently began manufacturing pistols chambered for the .450 Bushmaster. The irony, of course, is that Windham Weaponry is run by many of the same people in the same location that Bushmaster left when it was acquired by the Remington Outdoor Group.

The RP9SFS-450M pistol looks like a fun little shooter. At its most basic, this is an AR style, direct impingement gun with a 9″ barrel and an SB Tactical arm brace. The barrel has a medium profile with a 1:24″ twist and is made of 4150M steel.

Both the upper and lower are made of forged 7075-T6 aluminum with a hard coat anodized finish. Windham Weaponry equips these guns with an ambidextrous safety selector.

Some of the gun’s additional features include:

    • end plate with QD socket and matching sling swivel
    • free float 7″ handguard: This is made of 6063 aluminum with M-LOK attachment points. Additionally, it has QD sockets on the left and right sides.
    • Kriss polymer folding sights included
    • Hogue pistol grip
    • hard sided gun case
    • one 5-round magazine is included

Without the magazine, the gun weighs approximately 5.8 pounds. It has an overall length of 26.25″. The suggested retail price on these pistols is $1,254. Windham Weaponry provides a lifetime warranty with each of the guns it sells.
