Early last year we highlighted some of the work done high-end concealment furniture maker QLine Design.  Almost unanimously, readers were impressed with the style, precision and craftsmanship of the fine tables, nightstands and dressers that have hidden compartments for firearms and other valuables. The one stumbling point for most us was budget – with pieces taking three people working multiple weeks to build, prices quickly reach into the thousands.

While still focusing on quality materials and designs, QLine is introducing an ‘Essentials’ line of furniture that focuses on simpler, made to order patterns. Prices start at $325 for the floating shelf and run to approximately $1800 for a dresser. Competitive when you consider that these pieces are made with quality hardwoods and hold hidden compartments.

Introducing the QLine Design Concealment Mirror with locking hidden compartment. Made by hand in our shop in Kingston, New Hampshire from solid cherry, this stunning mirror will add function and beauty to your home. The hidden compartment is lockable by either magnetic or electronic RFID locks and comes standard with four adjustable shelves. Optional jewelry pegs or magnetic mounting blocks are available to help organize your valuables hidden in plain sight. The mirror is easily flush mounted to any wall with included hardware and does not require cutting into the wall.

Floating Concealment Shelf

QLine Design handcrafted furniture contains secret compartments with the concept of: if they can’t find it, they can’t steal it. The hidden compartment slides forward and tilts down on our patent pending slide system. The compartment contains ample storage for documents, valuables, and firearms. Available in 32″ and 52″ widths, our modern looking shelves are hand built from solid american cherry hardwood. The clean looking shelf easily mounts to the wall with our hidden mounting bracket, and can safely handle a load of 25 lbs on top of the shelf and an additional 20 lbs inside the hidden drawer. The secret compartment locks tight with your choice of magnetic locking system or RFID proximity lock, and is outfitted with a customizable foam insert to safely store your valuables.
