Strike Industries EMP for M&P Shield

Just when you thought a week would go by without something new from the folks over at Strike Industries, nope. They having something new coming down the pipeline. This time it’s their EMP mag extension for the Smith and Wesson M&P Shield for both the 9mm and .40SW models.

They already make the EMP +2 mag extension for both the Glock 42 and the Glock 43 so it’s only natural they’d release one for the other popular semi-auto CCW pistol on the market. Their new Enhanced Magazine Plate adds 2 more rounds to the M&P Shield in 9mm and one more round for the .40SW version. Just like what they did with their Glock 42 and 43 EMP they’ve made their new EMP match the grip texture and styling of the the M&P Shield. It looks almost like a factory part. The polymer EMP also adds a little bit of length to the grip of the Shield, a plus for those with bigger mitts who need more surface area to hang onto.

The new EMP for the Smith and Wesson M&P Shield is going to retail for $14.95 over at strikeindustries.com, it’s currently not available but you can sign up to be notified when it goes on sale.
