Legacy Sports International | SHOT 2017

Legacy Sports International had several new interesting rifles they debuted at the SHOT 2017 Range Day. Present were the new Howa Chassis Rife, as well as the Howa Mini Action Rifle, chambered in 7.62×39.

The Firearm Blog got an early look at both the Howa Chassis Rifle, and the Howa Mini Action this past year. Both were reviewed, and we found the rifles to be extremely well made and accurate.

Fellow writer Tom R shooting clay pigeons at 100 yards.

The Lithgow CrossOver series are made in Australia. Both were available on range day, and I had the pleasure to shoot both of them. I shot the Lithgow Arms LA102, chambered in 7.62×51 and found the rifle to be well made, accurate, and a joy to shoot. The rifle was shot off a bench and I engaged clay pigeons at 100 yards will little difficulty. The Lithgow Arms LA101 was chambered in 17 HMR and was also very accurate. The rifles both reliably fed from box magazines and had very nice triggers.

The Lithgow Arms LA102 will be available in .223 Remington, .243 Winchester and .308 Winchester. The Lithgow Arm LA101 will be available in .22LR, .22WMR and 17 HMR.

Legacy Sports International will be at booth #3036.
