APMM (Agensi penguatkuasaan maritim Malaysia)  aka Malaysian maritime enforcement agency Special Task and Rescue posted up these pics. They seem to be using Sig 553s. They’re equipped with the Team Wendy Exfil Ballistic helmet and the Smith Elite OTW goggles which were provided by Cresdo, the company Irfan works for.

    More like Comrade Wendy.

The drop leg holster is a little too 1990s.

Hopefully their soldiers are better trained than their airline pilots.

I find them much more comfortable when wearing armor, which is really all they’re good for.

      • Joseph Goins

While that is true, they aren’t supposed to be right above the knee. They need to be as close to the belt as possible.

        • Jacob

That is correct, however in this picture he is clearly limited by the quick release buckle. I had removed that from mine to get it higher up. Regardless, your original statement was right enough, implying there are better options now. In almost all cases I would agree.

And if there’s no police work for them, then they can easily get work playing evil henchmen in a film.
