Midway Says “Needs More Backpack”

Midway USA added two new options to its own line of tactical backpacks. The new Alpha and Delta join the company’s existing Bravo to offer a range of gear carrying options.

The Alpha is the larger of the new packs with more than 3,300 cubic inches of storage space and eleven zippered pockets to help keep everything organized. This pack also has an internal hydration pouch that will accommodate a 100 oz bladder.

Midway USA builds the Alpha using 400D PVC coated polyester. It has adjustable shoulder straps with padding and a chest strap. There is padding on the back with air channels and a waist belt is also included. PALS webbing allows for the addition of additional pouches and gear. There is also a wide strip of fuzzy hook and loop tape for the addition of patches or other identifiers.

Midway puts a suggested retail price of $129.99 on the Alpha, but currently has it on sale for $79.99.

I personally like the patch below that can be found here.

The Delta is similar to, though smaller than, the Alpha. It has about 1,600 cubic inches of storage space with a main compartment and three smaller, zippered compartments. It is made of the same 400D material that the Alpha is made of. The Delta lists for $69.99, though it is selling for $29.99 at the time of this writing.

Both of the backpacks are available in black, OD green and coyote brown. The original Bravo is also available in a woodland camo pattern, so it is possible that this will be an option on the Alpha and Delta at some point.
