In just over 13 years Vortex Optics has risen from a small sporting goods company in Wisconsin, to a well very respected optics manufacturer. This year at SHOT Show Vortex announced the addition of the Golden Eagle HD rifle scope with a 15-60x magnification. The Golden Eagle has been specifically designed to deliver accuracy and clarity for long distance shooting.

    I prolly need this…

Honest question. Is Vortex’ warranty really good? I understand they give unconditional lifetime, but I never owned their products, don’t know anybody who dows; but, I am interested in their products for future.

    • Great question Dan. One of my SWAT Team snipers owns a Vortex Razor for his personal rifle. He has not needed to use the warranty, but the customer service has been outstanding according to him. He stated he was told if anything ever happened to let them know and they would make it right by fixing or replacing his scope. He said they seemed very genuine that he enjoy his Vortex scope for life.

I believe they will honor the warranty in its fullest. Hope that helps.
