Caracal CC10 Carbine (SHOT Show 2016)

Pistol caliber carbines are some of my personal favorite firearms to shoot. Relatively cheap ammo, low recoil, and utility make them some of my go to firearms for fun and pest control. Caracal carbines take the 18 round Caracal pistol magazines and are quite nicely put together!

Needs ~ 33 round mags asap if they want to compete with the plethora of glock/colt mag 9mm rifles out now. (unless this is bone cheap, missed any suggested price.)

And almost forgot, while it clearly looks like a CX4 ripoff, hopefully it has a much better trigger, in which case a win as long as the cost is kept under control. (But again, tough competition these days esp with so many glock mag AR lowers now vs when it used to be all unique designs Sub2k, Cx4, Skorpion, etc.

    Superb Total Recall……..

Grip safety on a carbine, bleh. Maybe good for occupational users.

    ….in before the recall.

Caracal CC10: built with technical and engineering input from the same team that brought you the Hi Point carbine.

They had it at SHOT 2014… still not available to purchase…

Show us all the carbines! Thanks for the posting frenzy, I hope all of you are having fun as well, if not, go have some fun. Also, all things Carbine and all things CZ please! Be safe, have fun, shoot up some “free” ammo.

Your hard earned money today, paying for tomorrow’s terrorists. Caracal, brought to you by the United Arab Emirates.

Not sure how they’ll import it to take 10+ round magazines when firearms which take over 10+ rounds magazines are not importable. Taurus’s recent carbine CT9 was limited to 10 rounds since it was imported and not enough 922r parts to allow high capacity magazines. This Caracal will likely suffer the same fate.

Any word on whether their pistols will be reintroduced any time soon?
