Happy Thanksgiving

Dear Readers, from the TFB team, Phil and myself I hope you all have a great Thanksgiving.

I am especially thankful for the great team of writers and videographers we have at TFB and for you, our audience. The community here puts the toxic communities on other websites to shame. Phil and I are able to devote our time to making TFB better, not moderating hateful comments.

This year saw the launch of our Youtube channel, TFBTV, which has grown to over 75,000 subscribers in just 10 months and more recently the launch of Team TFB. I want to give a special thanks to those of you who have subscribed to our Youtube Channel and supported us by joining Team TFB.

2016 is going to be an interesting year. I am looking forward to it!

(There will be a few blog posts and one TFBTV video published today and on Black Friday. Regular posting will resume on Monday).

Hat Tip: Richard Feldman for the Turkey image.

You lucky guys in the states get your turkey. Because of the bird flu in the states birds are scarce and are being rationed so we overseas got ZERO butterball products this year 🙁

Turkeys Mexican carrying? Well I never!

      Must be a Rio Grande.

    • Tassiebush

Definitely did not know that. Another interesting fact is that being slapped by one ain’t good! 😉

  • Cymond

The great community here is part of the reason you have so many long-term readers. This is the #1 blog I read, so I often forget how awful the comments are everywhere else.

Thank you for so many years.

    • Thank you Cymond!

Yep, one can have a decent open ended tech conversation here without lords of the obvious trying to shut it down, like saying “X inches is the best pipe for Y cartridge” where X is the most common, and being offended if the convo doesn’t end there.

    Happy Thanksgiving back

    Thank you, Happy Thanksgiving back!

  • BattleshipGrey

Thanks for giving us the latest firearm news and being innovative in ways to do so.

  • Phil, I hope that you had a Happy Thanksgiving as well. I want to wish you and your Family a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. TFB is my favorite gun site. Keep up the good work.
