If you were given and RPG/Rocket Launcher and could only use it once. What would you use it for?

    • Nicholas Chen

I would see if CAT has any obsolete large heavy machinery that I could use it on. I mean the really big ones where the tire is like 10 feet in diameter.

    • Nebelwerfer

      Home defense!

    • DIR911911 .

I’d blow up this corolla I’m changing the tranny in for the second time

    • TheNotoriousIUD

An Econoline van filled with gas cans, fireworks and cases of shaving cream.

  • Ron

Shot two in combat, one into a bunker and one into a bus. The shaped charge is little disappointing in the effects department and only those close to the rounds’ detonation or inline with the jet were effected.

    • Sianmink

Sounds like it needs a good dual-purpose warhead.

      • Phil Hsueh

A dual purpose warhead would defeat the purpose of the AT-4 which is to (theoretically) kill tanks. The other problem you run into is that it’s a one shot disposable weapon, so it’s not like you could carry around multiple warhead types like a dual purpose for general work and then an AP/shaped charge for when you run up against tanks.

        • Ron

There are now DP, with a selector switch on the fuze, and thermobaric AT-4 rounds

    • Phil Hsueh

It makes sense when you consider that it’s designed to be an anti-tank weapon and not a general purpose weapon like an RPG. If you want something with a little more flexibility then a SMAW or a Goose would be a much better choice.

  • TheNotoriousIUD

    Blowin’ sh-t ups cool.
    Real cool.

    • ostiariusalpha

Too bad it’s on Triggers. They’ll get their facts messed up and put the wrong weapon in the graphics display.

  • Lance

The M-136 is not a RPG its a Anti tank Rocket Launcher. Dont mix our stuff up with Soviet crap!!!

    • Ron

AT-4 is recoilless system, the projectile does not have a rocket on it unlike the rocket assist for many RPG rounds

      • JimBob

        Yes. Is recoiless rifle.

  • swede1986

It’s not a rocket at all. It’s a recoilless grenade launcher.

  • Joel. K

i’ve actually fired the AT4, and I’ve put about 150+ grenades through the charlie G. Great stuff. Gotta love the nosebleeds.

  • Southpaw89

Wait, did I just see a panzerfaust in there?

  • BillC

God dammit, the ATF fires a recoiless projectile, not a damn rocket.
Also, RPG does NOT stand for rocket propelled grenade. It’s Cyrillic for Handheld Antitank.

    • BillC

      *AT-4. Damn auto-correct.

      • gunsandrockets

        hand carried anti-tank grenade

  • anonymouse

I’ve been there, that’s Saab’s Karlskoga live fire range.

  • Phillip Cooper

I didn’t realize there were any panzerfausts still in existence and safe enough to be fired.
