Tac Strike Pocket Carry Holster

Pokcet carry

Rob of Tac Strike collaborated with Peters Custom Holsters to make a holster for pocket carry. It has a clever hook design to act like an Emerson wave on a knife. The hook will catch on the corner of the pocket on the draw, so the holster stays in the pocket and separates from the gun.

Oh, you mean like every other pocket holster ever made? (with the exception of those squishy Uncle Mike’s ones)

Some or more hook-like than others. A fair number of pocket holsters still rely on suede or friction to keep them secure.

I’ve carried a leather holster like that for a long time. That looks like kydex, that seems like it would be poking the boys on one side and sticking out on the other.

I exclusively use Alabama pocket holsters when I carry. They have a small thumb shelf built in that you can push off of as you draw. I swear by them.

I’m not a juggalo. My pockets aren’t that large.

Not a new concept. Take a look at the Snag-Mag magazine holder.

Good concept but bad execution. Does not cover ejection port so gun will collect lint. The concept is no different that the holsters that catch the pocket on the top rather than on the bottom..
