This is my favorite AR15 I own.

It’s a BCM 16″ midlength upper, w/ enhanced lightweight barrel, KMR keymod rail, and BCM comp and Black Rain Ordnance Milled Charging Handle.
The lower is TN Arms, Magpul ACS-L stock, MOE grip and MBUS pro sights, VLTOR A5 Buffer system, and an ALG QMS trigger. Shoots wonderfully and weighs right around 6 lbs as pictured.

The paintjob is a Pewter Duracoat paint job I applied myself with an airbrush. Turned out very nicely.

I am fond of grey(ish) rifle paint jobs myself.

    Sweet.

    Good looking indeed.

Is that 6 lbs with a full mag?

  • 360_AD

    Yawn.

Nice carbine. The BCM mid-length 16″ LW uppers are great. Put one on a Colt M4, changing the stock furniture to all MagPul. A second on a Bushmaster with a fixed MagPul stock set. Lightweight and very handy rifles. The BCM uppers on Colt and Bushmaster lowers coupled with Geisele SSA triggers and Leupold and EOTech optics makes for great carbines.

    A handsome rifle indeed. Enjoy!

I am a wood furniture, standard stock guy myself– and no, I don’t wear an onion on my belt– but yeah, that gun looks pretty bad ass.

I really like the look of those 20 round Pmags.

With hundreds of thousands of different models of firearms made over the years I can’t wait to see something unique and interesting as the POTD……….aaaaand it’s another AR.
The percent of AR and AR related posts on this site is a little ridiculous. I get that they are popular and what not but come on. Still enjoy the site, appreciate all the time and effort put in by the authors but could we tone down the AR a little?

Buy something unique and take a picture of it.

Seriously. It’s a cool picture. Who cares?
