Pachmayr Diamond Grips for Ruger Revolvers

Ruger Diamond Grips

Pachmayr is now selling Diamond Pro Series grips for the Ruger LCR, SP101 and GP100 revolvers. This is an extension of the line introduced for the Taurus revolvers in 2013 and then expanded for the Smith & Wesson revolvers in 2014.

This line of grips takes its name from the diamond plate texture on the surface. Made of a proprietary rubber compound, Pachmayr states that the grips have a long lasting soft feel that help shooters maintain “absolute control of your revolver, even under the heaviest recoil.”

The suggested retail priceĀ for each of the three revolver fits is $24.95.

I like the look of the stock rosewood-panel-on-rubber grips on my SP101, but these might be a step up, ergonomicly speaking.

    • Get the Hogue. World of difference. These look okay, but the Hogues are amazing.

I was just looking at those. Think I’ll give them a try.

        Thanks!

Nearly all my Rugers wear Pachmayr grips–The GP100 has Grippers, the Blackhawks wear Presentations. I prefer them to the Hogue grips, which are too fat and clunky for my tastes. Thanks for the heads up on the Diamond Pros, I have ordered a set for the GP100.
