Jeff sent us a photo showing him having some weekend fun with his MAC-10. The M-10 has a Lage Manufacturing MAX-10 upper receiver with EO-Tech sight. The MAX-10 upper reduces the rate of fire from the notoriously high 1,100 RPM of the regular M-10 upper to a more manageable 750 RPM. It also features a side cocking and reciprocating charging handle and full length rail.

Thanks Jess.

Why would you want to REDUCE the ROF?? That’s like saying it’s TOO much fun!

Well thats it guys all out of ammo, time to go home. ;(

      • David

        You just need to:

        1) bring more loaded magazines.
        2) bring bigger loaded magazines. I scored 2 “franked-mags” at a gun show that hold 68 rounds each
        3) bring spare ammo

Most people don’t think of the Mac10 when you say ‘crew served’ but it’s tough to carry 1500 rounds of ammo, plus the Mac, plus the suppressor.

Looks like fun, now get that thing in front of a high speed camera!

  • Giolli Joker

That’s the best way I’ve seen to get warmed up in a cold day!

    • North Polar

It was probably low 30s so not that cold lol. Gets to -65f up here in the winter lol

  • Giolli Joker

    They seem fairly large casings.

Very nice, looks like good clean fun.

  • David

Yeah… but can you use them as a mono-pod? 😛

My dad used to have a MAC-10 in .45 with a Sionics suppressor, which he’d owned since before I was born. He called it “the Chopper”. I loved shooting it. One time he and I went innadesert with my brother, brought some soda and snacks, and hung some fuel cans filled with water from trees with bungee cords. It was some of the most fun I’ve ever had.

Goddamn the thing was hard to control though. I was better at controlling the M16A1.
