Kimber has partnered up with Gemtech to make an out of the box package 1911. It will retail for $2500 and comes with everything you see, according to the Kimber rep.

The 1911 will come with a Gemtech suppressor and Gemtech threaded barrel. The G-10 grips have Gemtech’s logo engraved into them. Also the serial number, which you can see below, has a GT prefix indicating the special edition collaboration.

I did not get a chance to ask about the combat sights and will update when I learn more.
