New for 2015 from Del-ton, Inc., is the Sierra 3G, an AR designed and tuned specifically for the world of 3-gun competition. Del-ton put prototypes into the hands of both pro and recreational multi-gun competitors to get feedback and advice. It has a longer forearm for speed and stability at barricades and utilizes the Samson Evolution KeyMod Free Float handguard. The 16-inch barrel has a 1×8 twist for a wider selection of bullet styles and weights, and it’s capped with a custom muzzle brake developed specifically for this rifle. The trigger is a CMC single stage match unit.

It has a Magpul CTR buttstock and mil-spec buffer tube for maximum compatibility with professional stocks. The sierra 3G also features an Ergo Ambi Sure Grip. It cones with a 30-round PMAG.
