CZ USA first showed the Sonoran rifle – a long range, mountain rifle that weighs less than 8 pounds – at the 2014 SHOT Show. At the 2015 show, the company will have a new version of the gun chambered for 26 Nosler.

The 26 Nosler version of the gun has a 26″ fluted barrel and sits in an OD green Manners carbon fiber stock. Overall length of the gun is a touch under 47″ and an unloaded gun weighs 7.8 pounds.

The magazine uses a hinged floorplate and holds three rounds. The MSRP for this rifle is $3,199.

The 26 Nosler was formally introduced at the 2014 SHOT Show. It uses 6.5mm bullets. According to Nosler, the company’s 129 grain AccuBond long range bullet makes for 3,400 fps from the muzzle and has a point blank range of 0-415 yards when zeroed at 350.
