Police Force Triple Defender

Street Wise Security Products is now selling the Police Force Triple Defender (PFTD.) The package uses Picatinny-type mounts to combine a stun gun, pepper spray and strobe light into a single über-tactical self-defense tool.

The unit is a pistol-shaped polymer unit called a Defender Six-Sided Rail Unit (DSSRU.) The DSSRU has mounting rails everywhere, but is not a defensive tool by itself.

Mounted on the underside of the DSSRU is a pepper spray dispenser called the F4 Tactical (F4T.) The F4T uses a 2 ounce can of Sabre Red pepper spray and can “fire a blast” up to 25′.

The top of the DSSRU is equipped with a Police Force 8,500,000 Tactical Stun Flashlight (PF8.5TSF.) The PF8.5TSF uses Triple Stun Technology (TST) to create a larger stun radius. Fortunately, the company uses a “shock proof exterior” so that the PF8.5TSF does not hit the user with the TST.

The name PF8.5TSF suggests it uses 8.5 million volts, but the company website states “Actual Voltage out put is difficult to measure and verify, but this unit compares to other brands that claim to be 8,500,000 or more volts.”

The PF8.5TSF has a built-in “blinding 1 watt LED light” that can be used in high, low or strobe modes. According to the company, the PF8.5TSF’s “ultra-bright light can have a temporary blinding effect making it easy for you to immobilize them with the stun gun.”

The PFTD carries a lifetime warranty and has an MSRP of $129.99. The PFTD weighs a little more than 3 pounds. It comes in MN Tactical Black.
