Another Bulletproof Mercedes Benz Test

MB armor

Here is another demonstration of a bullet proof Mercedes. This time by Texas Armoring Corporation. Earlier I had posted about a Mercedes Benz being tested for its bullet proof qualities and someone got inside the vehicle while it was fired upon. Well TAC does it too. They put their lives to the test. President and CEO of TAC,Trent Kimble, gets inside a Mercedes Benz and has his employee fires an AK-47 at it.

I bet this kind of SUV commercials would immensely boost sales in Mexico.

    Stupidity at it’s finest.

If I’m dropping that kind of money on that kind of vehicle, I want to know the manufacturer has ultimate confidence in the product.

This is very much along the lines of the guy that invented the bulletproof vest shooting himself at point-blank range with a .357 Magnum… and living to tell the tale… repeatedly.

So you can’t know that by shooting at the car with nobody in it?

        • Dan

Sure can, but just saying it works isn’t always the most convincing way. Stand behind your product. If you won’t I sure as hell am not.

Apparently the guy in charge thought it was, . I won’t stop anyone from tempting natural selection to take place.

He forgot to try the driver side door, trunk, … 😉
    Impressive windshield though.

That’s outstanding. Great marketing and confidence in your product!

    Try it against this…
