High Speed, Low Drag MSBS Rifle Promo Video

Capture

Being a writer in the industry, we get bombarded with videos, pictures, and media on a daily basis. Sometimes, something just stands out by virtue of the filming, weapon system, production value, or a combination of the three.

The video created for the MSBS (now fielded polish rifle) certainly caught my attention. Well staged and fantastically captivating without a word being spoken.

Plus, it has grenade launchers firing in it. Very tacti-cool.

Thanks Piotr

Awesome, now when do they start selling the civi version in the US?

    • I wish right now!

      • KestrelBike

Imagine all the happy commerce the world’s countries could engage in without these pesky 922/Foreign-Weapon laws. China/Russia/France*/Germany*/Israel**/Poland/CzechRepub

*France and Germany’s govs are loathe to do it, even if the companies might *claim* they want to… (only took you 25+ years to get a G36 here, right HK?)
**They often get around this by setting up shop here, ala IWI (God bless you, Michael Kassner)

    • ACR-Shooter

Why not go with an ACR? Looks pretty similar.

      • echelon

Because that gun is everything the ACR is not…

  • Hikerguy

Smart they make a standard and bullpup version. Good marketing strategy.

    • echelon

What’s really cool is they are designed so the upper fits on the regular or bullpup lower.

  • Lance

Looks kind of like a ACR married a AR. Bet the Pols will like them from the pledged Beryle rifle though.

    • LCON

MSBS conventional bares a remarkable resemblance to the ACR and it’s Mother the Magpul Masada with a few modifications.

  • Shut up and take my zł Poland!

I’m honestly impressed. They showed all aspects of the gun, in all conditions, with people doing all kinds of things to it.

The sound editing was perfectly done. The music wasn’t too loud and fit the mood well, you could hear the click and clack of various slides and attachments over it.

The camera work was nicely done. Centering on the gun when you wanted to showcase a certain aspect. Tastefully done slow-motion to show both the magazines dropping free and a soldier grabbing it out by hand. And a nice bit showing someone pushing out a windshield with the gun in order to return fire, not a very normal tactic but certainly a practical one with a bit of emotional impact.

This was a well-written storyboard, executed as flawlessly as the soldiers they were portraying. I wonder who they got to make it.

      I agree.
But true operators have more beards.
I know, I’ve seen on the internet.

  • PatrickHenry1789

Where do I get one? 🙂

  • BattleshipGrey

That bullpup version is pretty sweet.

Don’t worry Americans, on the 22 of January 2014 Texas Secretary Of State registered a joint venture company called FB Radom USA LLC.
You are going to have MSBS rifles, and the rest of nice toys, from Your own back yards without this parts swapping bullshit 🙂
