The Samsung Note 3 has a slow motion option in its video camera settings. It can shoot 120fps at 720P. Which is 1/4 normal speed at a basic high definition resolution. With technology advancing everyday, hopefully we will see slow motion in more phones and cameras so everyone can make their own videos shooting things in slow motion.
