Blast from the Past: WWII Archival Videos on Loading & Storage of Small Arms Ammo

Mesmerizing in their simplicity, the two videos below are archival instructional films from the War Department in WW2. These training videos are vastly preferable to the modern military’s forced “death by PowerPoint.”

I started to watch the first video and lost 18 minutes of my life without knowing it. At the least, its all solid advise on storage and treatment of ammunition. Preppers or those with long-term ammo storage may find these videos valuable (if not common sense).

Small Arms: Loading (Funny fact: the Video is number “223”)
