now, if only keltec would put enough of them together for me to get one…

    • I don’t know how they are distributed but they turn out about 800 assorted models per day.

      • Guest

Assorted models is the key. I would be interested in what their focus is.

        • Vhyrus

KSGs. I can throw a rock at a gun show and hit them now.

Think about it: would you rather make 100 guns a day selling for $300 each or 100 guns a day selling for $1000 each?

          • javierjuanmanuel

I do no think they are selling for a higher price to distributors. keltec does not sell direct to the public. They sell MSRP minus some amount to distributors. Demand drives up the price. Not keltec.

        • Yes and as I was saying I don’t know what that is.

I know they haven’t told you but I really wish they would tell someone what their focus is. I mean 800 a day is 4000 a week, roughly 16k a month. That seems like decent production, but I don’t know how it compares to others.

        • It came up in a conversation last week when the same subject you mentioned came up.
It seems like enough to stock the store shelves but I’m not sure what the cycle of production is as far as handgun, rifles etc.

I heard that they haven’t expanded production because they don’t want to borrow money (they got burned once IIRC).

        • javierjuanmanuel

cz has produced 1,000,000 model 75s. If they produce 4000 per week they will reach total production numbers of the 75 in 5 years.

based on what I see out there, about 750 of that is PF9’s, PF11s and P3ATs.

If only there was ammo to use with it. I haven’t seen .22 magnum in months.

      • Nicholas C

I used to get 22 mag at Field and Stream. But they ran out last week.

  • H. Dale Jennings

I saw their adds in Shot Gun news several times. So I decided to buy one. No one knows how to get their hands on one. Why advertize them if no one can get them????

  • Brad Ferguson

The Kel Tech PMR 30 or Cold Fusion. Which do you think will make it to the masses first ?

  • Leigh Rich

Ive an old AMT in 22MAG. Great all steel pistol. They work.and you can buy one
