Glock 41 is .45 ACP, 13 Rounds, MRSP is $775, CONFIRMED

glock 41-1

Sportsman Depot is listing the Glock G41, a .45 ACP pistol with 13 round capacity. The SKU is GLOCK PG4130103. The MSRP is listed as $775, but they are selling pre orders for $646. I can’t imagine that Glock are to happy about this retailer preempting their official announcement (and listing it for less than the MSRP). The SKU is GLOCK PG4130103.

I am still predicting that the Glock 41 is a .380 sub-compact pistol. But what will the Glock 40 be?

I’m curious as to how similar the smaller pistols will look next to Beretta’s NANO which already looks like a Glock too :)

    • scott will

about the same print profile as a nano but alot thinner

  • Blake

Typo in the link: G42 is .380, not G41

  • Andrew

G42 is definitely either a single stack 9mm or a pocket .380. Glock wouldn’t have used that line in the teaser if it was anything else. Hopefully Sportsman Depot will hurry up and let that cat out of the bag too. Glock should know better than to post teasers online, then wait weeks and expect it not to leak.

    5.3 ? Barrel inchs? A long pistol in .45ACP, like Glock 34?

    • J.T.

Yes. Because Springfield now has an competition XD(m) in .45 with a long slide.

  • HSR47

    The G40 will obviously be a .22lr trainer model…

  • Tim Pearce

Well, I’m a bit disappointed. I was hoping for something more significant than a longer/shorter G21.

  • Tim U

Perhaps this wasn’t really an “accident” or a company jumping the gun? Anyone remember the Apple employee who “accidentally” left a prototype future Iphone at a restaurant to get the stories churning?

This could be a PR stunt to gauge receptiveness/get feedback without having to officially admit that’s what’s coming.

Just another explanation. Or it could be that they jumped the gun and Glock will promptly take away their ability to know anything ahead of announcements in the future. But I am more skeptical than to just assume that’s what happened for sure.

No. Glock is going with it. This is a company who fucked up with their NDA

  • Lance

    Another G-21 Snore.

    • Matthew Doucette

Actually NO.. It is a .45acp version of the G34/35 “Competition” model.. not a “stone” .. those versions of the Glock Pistols have the improved trigger.. lightened slide.. longer barrel.. longer sight radius .. just an all around BETTER GLOCK !!

  • Christopher

Another Glock 21, that’s disappointing. One would think they would try to sell in a new caliber, like PDW’s(cause the 4.6×30 needs it) or Russian loads.

    • mike

Agree, 4.6mm or5.7×28, or russian 9mm.how about 7.62×25. But I think Glock are missing a huge market in not making .22 handgun. One site had a price for one of the new glocks below $400, which to me suggests it cannot be centerfire

Heads would implode if the G40 was a .22LR pistol..

  • smartacus

GLOCK 40 is to 41 like 20 is to 21

    • Karina

Longslide competition 10mm Auto? YES PLEASE.

  • smartacus

UNGA BUNGA me want 460 Rowland conversion.

    • smartacus

and for Guncrafters to make a 50Gi slide and mag for it.

  • Mitchell

So what do you think this means for the M40? Maybe a “tactical practical” 10mm??

  • Val Theo Bur

To be or not to be Glock 40 in .40? More likely not to be. But it will be funny as some people are referring to Glock 22 or 23 as Glock 40 to have actually a Glock 40 but in an other caliber like .45, 10auto, .380acp, 9mm

  • Reese

Been waiting for a .45 G21 but in the G34/G35 sized layout.. I own every .45 and 9mm Glock platform except the G36…. I am so eager to add a .45 ACP version of the G34/35……. Now we just need a 7-8 shot single stack 9mm on a G26/G27 sized platform!!!!

  • scott will

    msrp is too much

  • Jenn

    G41 is a Competition .45ACP like the G34 and G35. The G42 is a single stack .380ACP.
