comp-tac

Comp-Tac released two new holster designs:  the MERC and the Flatline.  The MERC is an inside-the-waistband (IWB) holster, while the Flatline is convertible from IWB to outside-the-waistband (OWB).

MERC stands for Most Economical Reliable Comfort.  The holsters will be available for a wide range of handguns including those equipped with lights and lasers.  MSRP is $50.

The Flatline comes with three sets of user-replaceable clips to allow the holster to be used in a variety of positions.  It is made for many common pistols and has an MSRP of $75.

  • Should check into Old Faithful Holsters, they sell a hybrid type holster like that in kit form that’s $47 including postage to your door. I got one and love it! They also have a real doo it yourself kit that comes with a flat sheet of krydex for you to shape to your gun if you have an odd combo of accessories on yours or one they don’t yet have a form for.
