Steyr Magazine Price Increases

Steyr announced that next week they will be raising prices of magazines because of shortages.

A Heads Up to our Valued Steyr Customers and Fans:

Effective Monday January 14th 2013, the price on all Steyr AUG magazines and Steyr Pistol Magazines will increase by $10.00 due to shortages in worldwide supply. It is unsure at this time, when or if we will be seeing any large quantity shipments from the factory in the near future. If you have any items of need, please be sure to place your orders fast.

Due to high order volume please allow 10 days before your order will ship.

If you do not see exactly what you need, you can call us at 205-655-8299 to check availability because not every sku is listed on our website.

    Why are there shortages? Could it be australian military replacing all its old mags?

      No, they have their own made inside AU and don’t purchase foreign mags.

    Who, pray, is a price increase on AUG mags going to affect? There can’t be that many of them out there.

    However, having said that, I got an email from the guys at Zanders on 12/28 saying they had come across 1000 Steyr AUG mags in their warehouse, 500 30-rd and 500 42-round, mags and they were in stock at that time. If you need AUG mags, that might be the place to go. Dealer was $36.95 and $39.95 respectively.
