Talo 1276-Tactical Ruger 10/22 VLE

Talo's new 1276-Tactical Ruger 10/22 VLE is a simple no-nonsense rifle. It has a decent walnut stock, a good trigger and a 16" heavy barrel. 800 will be produced. I do not know the pricing.

No, they are right. There is nothing tactical about this .22, because no one would use a .22 in any type of real world “tactical” situation… would they?

I like the way it looks, and I’m sure it’s a tack-driver, but it’s just an “enhanced” 10/22 – nothing more.

Haha. You guys are mall ninjas. It’s not black plastic with three laser sights, endorsed by chuck norris with a bayonet , so it’s not tactical? The term is being used here honestly, NOT as a silly marketing term. You have it backwards.

I fail to see what is even remotely ‘tactical’ about this rifle. (Except for the shorter barrel.)

So what exactly makes this thing tactical? The heavy barrel? A gimmick to sell more to people who like things “tacti-cool”

Why not throw on a folding or collapsible stock, fore grip, quad rail, muzzle brake, and a red dot?
