Those aren’t Americans, that is Finnish camouflage and to further my point they are carrying Rk 62 assault rifles the standard issue combat rifle in Finland.

Merry Christmas to all of you.

Steve i’ll be thinking of you when i’ll do some rifle shooting in 2 days.

To all, be safe on the roads. I don’t know how the conditions are elsewhere, but here it’s pretty much frozen hell. So stay frosty and don’t take chances, better be late than dead.

Martin (M): US camo programs? That’s weird, to me those look a lot like Finnish peacekeepers in Afghanistan (link confirms that the photo is taken there).

    Have a cool Yule Steve!

And to all the other readers of the Firearm Blog, keep it safe and happy this Christmas especially if you are –

Evacuating foreign nationals from the landing zone (picking up relatives from the airport)

Securing valuable assets from the TRU (going to Toys R Us)

Or conducting covert night time operations to avoid highly sensitive LP / OPs (doing ya Santa thing for the kids)

Whatever you do or however you celebrate, have a great holiday!

No wonder Santa can deliver all those gifts on Christmas, he’s got a high-speed, low-drag tactical squad at his command!

I’ve been checking this blog for nearly a year now I think, and I appreciate your work and your adherence to the credo “Firearms, Not Politics”.

May Santa and his fireteam bring you many presents and no coal…or hot lead…in your stockings!
