Lee Michaels won the Vintage Match at Camp Perry a couple years ago with his Krag and some handloads. I’ve shot a couple of doe tags with mine. Love carrying it. The CMP parts and pieces are pretty rough. I bought mine on Gunbroker. CMP does have some new barrels.

Just a little side note of history on the Norwegian 1894 Krag-Jorgenson rifle…The first 20,000 were made by Steyr in Austria! Of the 215,000 total Norwegian Krags produced, Steyr produced 33,500 of them…
