The Tech-Sight is one idea, Blackthorne has something coming in, I'm still looking for "just the right one". Has to be full rear mount. Kreb's makes a peep sight replacement rear sight. LaRue offers a replacement rear that contains a Burris Red Dot sight as well as BUIS. They have not fitted them to milled AK's yet but stamped are good to go. He told me that they will be checking the fit on milled for those of us who have them.
