AcuSport is the distributor for the new Ruger Charger in stainless steel. The Ruger Charger is a pistol build on the Ruger 10/22 .22LR rifle action.

    Every 10/22 receiver I’ve seen has been aluminum.

    Even their “stainless” receivers.

    Even Ruger will tell ya that.

    I don’t have a dog in this fight (I do own a 10/22 tho) but the guy from the other website that Simer posted seem to me never fire a weapon before. His first complaint is a non-issue. I expect the finish to come of around the area he mentioned. To be honest I really don’t care if the finish of any of my firearms wore out because I expected it to happen sooner or later.

    With that said Ruger should have done a better at not ruining the guy pistol.

    I think it is all stainless. I would be surprised if the rail was built on.

    I have contacted AcuSport and asked what the MSRP is. Waiting for a reply.

    is this a stainless barrel, bolt, AND reciever? (or only barrel.
    is the rail built into the reciever?
    any idea on price?
