		<description>The oil or grease in the gun &amp; Oxygen are also not a happy mix, all screw threads for O2 cylinders must be grease free as O2 under pressure will heat up the grease, which may well then catch fire &amp;/or explode in a O2 rich environment, which I suspect is what happened here.</description>
