As a former member of the UKSFCT.....EMOE, utilising shootguns, unders exacting conditions, I have always known the state of my weapons systems (battle discipline). To mix leathal and non leathal ordinace is not good discipline; and highlights that any agency not affording due consideration to this, really requires additional training and development. (And there would need to be enough light to see what rounds there are at a glance, not necessarily a given.) Average cop, high-stress situation... "I'm sure I still have taser rounds in the magazine!
