It feels sturdy. It is accurate. Just because the barrel isn't chrome lined doesn't mean it isn't still lined, because it is, do some research. Also....the price has come down to around 1700-2000 for the basic configuration. I do believe that puts it a little below the SCAR. It is 1 pound heavier than the SCAR however, which is really not a big deal unless your just looking for something to complain about. The charging handle is just fine. It feels sturdy.
