Remington ShurShot stock

Remington seem to be moving to a new “dragunov” style of stock. It is interesting how ‘evil’ tactical features are infiltrating the hunting market.

Shurshot

• Ambidextrous design for turkey, deer and predator hunters
• Ergonomic grip for solid shot placement
• Lightweight synthetic construction
• Available in Black and Mossy Oak® Obsession™
• Molded in sling swivel stud
• Comb designed for perfect eye-alignment with sights and/or scope

hey Steve, like the site. Its 2008 and I cannot find the Remington shurshot stock anywhere. I would very much like to get the Mossy Oak style but I have not found one yet. Any ideas on where I can get one?

Hi Lewis, the catalog has only been out for about a week. It will take some time before the products make it to the retailers. Give Remington a call and find out when your local retailers, or online retailers, will be getting stock.

    Lewis,

I received my stock ,Mossy Oak, through Cabelas Special order department. It took 4 weeks, but I have mine and it is great. I took a deer Late April and it performed very well. Shooting the 3″ Mag can put a hurtin on the shoulder when wearing light clothing. The stock takesa lot more of the shock out of the shot. Well worth the investment.

I was looking for a replacement stock for a 740 series and I was wondering about the ShurShot or something like it?

Can you get the Shur-Shot stock or any pistol grip type in the Skyline-Excel camo pattern. I bought my shotgun a few years ago and would like to upgrade it if possible.
